NEW LIMITED EQUIPMENT HOME TRAINING 

SAVAGE LIMITED EQUIPMENT PROGRAMS

LIMITED EQUIPMENT: Maybe you’re quarantined and weren’t prepared for the gyms to shut down. Or maybe you’re traveling and staying in hotels. Maybe you’re going camping.. Maybe you just don’t have home gym equipment and feel limited. This program has you covered. The workouts require a loop band, a longer handled tube  band, a jump rope and a set of dumbbells. That’s it. If you have more, great, but that’s all you need for these workouts. Don’t think these will be easy. They’re SAVAGE AF

Home Edition Requirements

You need resistance to build a strong, lean physique. My programs are designed to build and burn simultaneously, and doing so required resistance. You need the tools to create the masterpiece. Below you will find a list of home gym equipment worthy on investment. If you’re on a budget, you can get away with the basic items. Most exercises can be modified to use either list. I encourage you to build up your home Gym equipment. It’s worth the investment.

Basic Requirements

  • Resistance Bands in various strengths
  • Loop Bands
  • Pull up rack for a door
  • Stability Ball
  • Dumbells in three various weight increments
  • Skipping rope

Recommended Additional Requirements

  • Adjustable incline bench
  • Barbell with a few plate sizes
  • Spin Bike

FAT LOSS FOCUSED

SAVAGE SHRED

Shred is a competition prep style training program designed to get your physique lean! It’s an intense program with workouts ranging from 1-2 hours 6 days a week. Fasted cardio and training later in the day is encouraged. This is an intense program! I do not recommend doing for more than 3 months at a time. Followed with a proper fat loss diet you can expect to see incredible fat loss results.

LEAN MUSCLE FOCUS

SAVAGE LEAN GAINS

Lean Gains is a hypertrophy focused program. Using proven effective training methods with various rep ranges and super sets, you can expect to tear up all your muscle fibres by reaching muscle failure in most workouts. Cardio is minimal, but intense. With a mass building eating regiment you can expect to pack on some serious muscle. Alternatively, if you are looking to burn fat at tighten up, this program will work for you as well with a reduced calories. Optional cardio has is included for those who wish to lean out without going “competition prep” intense with their training.

LIFE BALANCE FOCUS

SAVAGE LIFESTYLE

Life Style short and sweet workouts 5 days a week. Various workout splits designed to torch calories, build muscle and burn fat and keep you on track with your training. Just because your life is busy doesn’t mean you can’t work on your fitness. Workouts are designed to be 45-75 minutes long with a mixture of strength training and HIIT cardio to make the most of your time in the gym.

SAVAGE “OFF SEASON” BOOTY GAINS

OFF SEASON BOOTY GAINS – HOME VERSION: This is a 12 week training program with 3 phases. 

Designed for bikini and wellness athletes or those who want to grow their booty’s like one. This is an “off season” gains program designed to help you maximize your legs and glutes.

You can expect to train legs/glutes 3x a week using all three principals of hypertrophy train.

1) Metabolic stress
2) Mechanical Tension
3) Muscle Damage.

Cycling through programs over time is highly recommended. If at any point you wish to switch your program, contact Xenia and she will be happy to move you into another program of choice.  This can be done once the current 2 week phase runs its course. Program switches can only be done at the end of the current phase you are in.
